Akabot AI Hub

AI Hub enables users to work with governed AI Channels, ground answers in approved internal documents, connect authorized tools, and monitor AI activity. The application opens from akaBot Center and uses the identity, organization context, and permissions of the current akaBot Center session.

This guide explains how to:

  • chat with an assigned Channel;
  • interpret citations, tool calls, approvals, and usage limits;
  • create and maintain knowledge bases;
  • build, test, publish, restore, archive, and delete Channels;
  • configure AI connections and tools;
  • manage access, governance, usage limits, operations, and audit information;
  • diagnose common user-facing problems and submit an effective support request
