Description
The Open Window activity allows you to open an application and execute multiple activities within it.

- Indicate window on screen* - Allows you to automatically open an application by selecting its window.
- Do - The activities you want to execute within the application.
Properties
Common
- Continue On Error (Boolean) - A Boolean variable has two possible values: True or False - True: allows the rest of the process to continue the execution even an error occurs within the activity. - False: blocks the process from continuing the execution.
Input
- Arguments (String) - The parameters that can be passed to the application at startup. You can use this property to open a specific file with the application you want to open.
E.g: C:\Users\currentuser\Documents\Sample.xlsx - File Name (String)* - The full file path of the application. This must be quoted. Only one of two fields [File Name] and [Selector] must be specified.
E.g: name.docx - Selector (String)* - String of characters that identifies the location of the window. Only one of two fields [File Name] and [Selector] must be specified.
Misc
- Public (Checkbox) - Check if you want to public the activity. Remember to consider data security requirement before using this property.
- Display Name (String) - The name of this activity. You can edit the name of the activity to organize and structure your code better.

Options
- Automation Base (Dropdown List) - Specify the version of Automation library. This option goes together with Process argument.
- Working Directory (String)* - The path to the working directory and must be quoted.
E.g: C:\Users\Admin..
Output
- Output Window (WindowApp)* - Output of the activity with type = ‘WindowApp’. Output variable can be used in another Window Scope or Use Window property of other Window Activities. Not allow whitespace in the output’s name.
