Team Management
Teams help organize users into working groups, such as Support, Sales, Admissions, Billing, or Technical Support.
Use teams when conversations or tickets should be assigned to a group instead of one person.
What Team Management is used for
In Organization -> Team Management, you can:
- View all teams in your workspace
- Search teams by name
- Create a new team
- Edit team information

How teams connect to Inbox and Tickets
- In Inbox, conversations can be assigned to a team when anyone in that group can help.
- In Tickets, tickets can be assigned to a team when the next step belongs to that group.
- In User Management, users must exist before they can be added to teams.
Real-world workflow
- Admin creates a team called
Refund Support. - Admin adds staff who can review refund requests.
- Smart Assistant creates a ticket when a customer asks for a refund.
- The ticket is assigned to
Refund Support. - Any team member can pick it up and resolve it.
Notes about current UI behavior
- Team status (Active/Inactive) is displayed in the list.
- Team status is currently read-only from this page.
- Team edits are done in a modal dialog (there is no separate team detail page).
- The list supports pagination (page and page size controls).
