Settings
Settings is where you prepare the small labels and shortcuts your whole team reuses every day.
Think of it as organizing your filing cabinet before busy chat hours: once labels, lists, stages, and snippets exist, everyone can use them the same way in Inbox, Contacts, Tickets, and Broadcasts.
What you can set up
| Area in Settings | Plain-language purpose | Detailed guide |
|---|---|---|
| Labels | Color tags on a customer (VIP, Complaint, …) | Workspace tags & lists |
| Lists | Groups of contacts (Newsletter, Hot leads, …) | Workspace tags & lists |
| Lead stage | Where the customer is in your sales steps | Workspace tags & lists |
| Lead source | How the customer found you | Workspace tags & lists |
| Lifecycle stage | Broader journey stage (also filters Inbox) | Workspace tags & lists |
| Ticket type | Category for support tickets | Workspace tags & lists |
| Snippets | Ready-made replies you insert with a shortcut | Snippets |
| Notification unsubscribe | Public page linked from emails to turn alerts off | Notification unsubscribe |
Open Settings
- In the left sidebar, click Settings (near the bottom, with Organization).
- On the left of the Settings page you will see two groups:
- Tags — Labels, Lists, Lead stage, Lead source, Lifecycle stage, Ticket type
- Messaging — Snippets
Gợi ý ảnh: Menu trái Settings với nhóm Tags và Messaging → Snippets.
Who should change Settings?
Usually an admin or team lead sets these up once, then fine-tunes when the business process changes.
If a create button is missing, ask your workspace admin for permission.
Suggested order for a new workspace
- Create Lifecycle stages your team already uses (for example New → In progress → Done).
- Create a few Labels and Lists.
- Add Ticket types that match common issues (Refund, Shipping, Account).
- Write 5–10 daily Snippets (greeting, store hours, shipping time).
- Tell the team where to find them in Inbox and Contacts.
