1. Introduce new feature concept “Human – Bot collaboration”.
Currently, RPA technology from akaBot is productively providing Virtual Robots that helps people perform repetitive manual tasks in a cycle, in order to improve work efficiency and reduce human errors. However, in reality, there are many long and complicated processes that require human validation and approval. Therefore, akaBot has launched a new feature integrated on akaBot Center so that humans and bots can "cooperate" to smoothly complete a process from start to end, turning Robot into a "virtual assistant" of humans, thereby optimizing RPA application efficiency, minimizing costs during operation.
2. How do Humans and Bots collaborate?
By using menu “Process Designer”, “Collaboration Center”, and “Monitoring” in akaBot Center, everyone can design their own complicated process which humans and bots participant in. Moreover, this feature can help users assign tasks to Bots and other users, self-check and complete their own tasks while they are monitoring, supervising all automated processes to make right decisions.
