Manage Tableau accounts
To view, edit, modify, or delete dashboards on Insights, an Insights account of user needs to be linked with an existing Tableau account. Each type of Tableau account provides users with different levels of system access, specifically:
- Tableau Viewer: allows users to view dashboards and visualizations, but does not permit any data manipulation or editing.
- Tableau Explorer: provides users with the ability to view and interact with dashboards, filter data, and perform basic data manipulation.
- Tableau Creator: offers the highest level of access, allowing users to create new visualizations and dashboards, as well as perform more advanced data manipulation and analysis.
