[4] Modify Tags for Documents

Note: This feature is not available now. 

Staff can modify tags for documents by following these below steps:

Step 1: Choose documents needed to be modified tags

Step 2: Click "Edit Tag" icon

Step 3: Modify tags and click "Apply" button 

There are 4 options to modify tags:

  • Add to existing: Add to existing is used for adding more tags for chose documents. A staff can choose option "Add to existing" then choose other tags or add new tags then click "Apply" button

  • Clear fields: Clear fields is used for removing tags of current documents. Staff choose option "Clear fields" then click "Apply" button

  • Replace all with: Replace all with is used for replacing all tags with other tags. A staff can choose option "Replace all with" then choose other tags or add new tags then click "Apply" button

  • Find and remove these : Find and remove these is used for finding and removing specific tag in the tag list. Staff can choose option "Find and remove these" then choose tag name on tag list that needs to be removed then click "Apply" button
