During the operation, an overview of running and completed tasks will help the organization evaluate the effectiveness of the Collaboration Center through the status and running time of the Tasks. Therefore, the organization can make certain adjustments to make optimal use of tools and resources.
To view a summary list of available tasks, the user performs the following steps:
S1: Choose Monitoring menu
S2: Choose Task in Process tab
In here, user can view 3 subtabs as below:

| Bot Task | List of Bot Tasks |
Note: In here, when user clicks the “eye” icon beside each tasks, a detailed information of the task in the process will be shown up.
1. All Task
When users choose All Task tab, the screen is displayed as the below picture:
In All Task page, user can view the following information:
