akaBot default dashboards
When accessing Insights for the first time, the Favorite Views tab is displayed along with its corresponding default dashboards: Workflow, Queue, Agent, and Business.

View Dashboards
Users can see all the available views within the Views section.
The list of views & favorite views can be toggled between two display formats: List view and Grid view.
To view a specific view, the user can click on the desired view from the list.
Add & Remove favorite views
The purpose of having a Favorite Views section is to allow users to mark and save important, popular, or frequently used views for quick access in the future. The Favorite Views section helps users easily locate and access the views they care about without having to search through the entire list of views.
To move views into Favorite Views, users click on the corresponding star icon (with stroke only) in Views section.
To remove views from Favorite Views, users click on the corresponding star icon (yellow) in Favorite Views & Views section.
Create and Edit your own dashboards
In addition to using the templates, you can customize your dashboard according to your preferences.
